ABOUT ANGEL

Hi, I’m Angel.

I’m an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), postpartum doula, childbirth educator-in-training, and mother of four.

My passion is helping families feel informed, supported, and confident as they navigate pregnancy, feeding, recovery, and early parenthood.

Like many parents, I know firsthand that welcoming a baby can be both beautiful and overwhelming. Families deserve evidence-based guidance, compassionate support, and someone who can meet them where they are without judgment.

Through Blossom Lactation & Wellness, I provide personalized support designed to help families feel empowered during one of life’s biggest transitions.

My Approach

I provide evidence-based, compassionate, and individualized support designed to build confidence and practical skills. My goal is to help families feel informed, capable, and supported.

Beyond My Work

I'm a wife and mother of four who enjoys family adventures, creative projects, and lifelong learning about maternal, infant, and family wellness.

I combine professional expertise with real-life experience to support your family every step of the way.

MY WHY

This is personal.

Becoming a mother changed the way I understood support. As a mom of four, I know that pregnancy, feeding, recovery, and life with a new baby can be beautiful but it can also feel exhausting, emotional, confusing, and incredibly lonely. So often, parents are surrounded by advice while still feeling like no one is truly caring for them.

That is why I created Blossom Lactation & Wellness. I wanted families to have the kind of support that feels both knowledgeable and deeply human. Someone who will listen, notice what is needed, offer practical help, and provide evidence-based guidance without pressure or judgment. I believe parents deserve more than a checklist of instructions. They deserve to feel heard, respected, reassured, and confident in the choices they make for their own family.

This work brings together my professional training and my real-life experience as a mother. Whether I am helping with feeding, caring for a newborn while a parent rests, preparing a snack, supporting recovery, or simply sitting beside someone during a difficult moment, my goal is to help families feel cared for, confident, and supported as they settle into life with their new baby.
